The 3600 square foot loft in the Union Square Area This modern and chic loft is located in Manhattan, New York and the beautiful interior design that you see there was created by Naiztat + Ham Architects. The 3600 square foot loft in located in the Union Square Area of Manhattan. It's a representation of the industrial era or at least it was until the team of architects decided to change all that.



Even though now the loft looks nothing like it did before, there are still some original features that are visible throughout. For example, the tall vaulted ceilings, the structural steel columns and the open floor configuration are all elements reminding of the loft's original structure. Several modifications have been made to this loft and they are not all related to this particular remodel. The loft still manages to harmoniously combine fucntion with luxury, even after all these years and all these changes.

















The current décor of the loft is minimalist, airy and still quite industrial-looking. The space was opened up and the living spaces were defined without using doors or walls. The goal was to create a simple but unconventional interior design. There's an uniform look throughout the loft and all the rooms seem to continue the same décor, as it would be advised in this case. There is very little furniture and the existing pieces are extremely simple and usually grey. There's not a lot of color in there.
