Elina Dasira Interior & lighting design studio completed the development of a colorful house for a young couple in a seaside village, located a few kilometers away from the center of Chania, Crete. As the couple spends a lot of time at home with family and friends, the brief called for a modern and comfortable place. The idea was to create a different vibe in each room, inspired by the seasons of the year. Each interior has a unique positive energy that comes from the vivid colors and natural materials employed.
The day begins in the 21 square-meter comfortable kitchen, modern and fresh,shiny and ergonomic.The wallpaper leaves an open window to a spring breeze that gives a positive energy for the beginning of the day. In the 40 square-meter dinning and living room, inhabitants can enjoy natural materials and original ceiling lighting, all hinting towards an autumn theme.
