装饰装修工程施工合同书

<P >依照《中华人民共和国合同法》及其他有关法律，法规的规定。甲，乙双方在平等，自愿，协商一致的基础上，就乙方承包甲方装饰，装修工程的有关事宜，达成如下协议：<o:p></o:p></P>

<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman"> </FONT>四，<FONT face="Times New Roman"> </FONT>工程造价：陆万元整（约）<o:p></o:p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman"> </FONT>五，<FONT face="Times New Roman"> </FONT>工程期限：<FONT face="Times New Roman">2003</FONT>。<FONT face="Times New Roman">9</FONT>。<FONT face="Times New Roman">1</FONT>。至<FONT face="Times New Roman">2003</FONT>。<FONT face="Times New Roman">10</FONT>。<FONT face="Times New Roman">15</FONT>。<o:p></o:p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman"> </FONT>六，<FONT face="Times New Roman"> </FONT>付款方式：开工后予付叁万元，余下工程款完工后一次付请。<o:p></o:p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman"> </FONT>七，<FONT face="Times New Roman"> </FONT>甲方应为乙方提供必要的施工条件。因甲方未提供必要的施工条件，所造成的损失由甲方负责<o:p></o:p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman"> </FONT>八，<FONT face="Times New Roman"> </FONT>乙方应按甲方的施工要求在保证工程质量的前提下，按时交工。<o:p></o:p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman"> </FONT>九，<FONT face="Times New Roman"> </FONT>乙方在施工中应严格执行安全施工操作规范，防火规定，施工规范及质量标准，按期保质完成工程。因违反安全施工操作规范所造成的损失由乙方负责。<o:p></o:p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman"> </FONT>十，<FONT face="Times New Roman"> </FONT>本合同签字生效后甲乙双方应严格执行合同所规定的各项条款，不得擅自变更或解除合同，否则违约方将给对方工程预算总价<FONT face="Times New Roman">5%</FONT>的违约金，并承担因此造成的其他经济损失。<o:p></o:p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman"> </FONT>十一，订立时间：<FONT face="Times New Roman">2003</FONT>年<FONT face="Times New Roman"></FONT>月<FONT face="Times New Roman"> </FONT>日。即日生效。<o:p></o:p></P>
