<P ><FONT size=5>为维护公司形象，确保工程质量，给客户营造一个温馨舒适的家，各工长应做到：</FONT></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">1、 </FONT>乙方承揽甲方工程，乙方需交质量保证金<FONT face="Times New Roman">5000</FONT>—<FONT face="Times New Roman">10000</FONT>（元）。<o:p></o:p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">2、 </FONT>乙方及乙方所有工人身份证复印件需交甲方存档。<o:p></o:p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">3、 </FONT>乙方在与甲方合作期间不允许直接同客户承揽私活，一经发现罚款<FONT face="Times New Roman">5000</FONT>—<FONT face="Times New Roman">20000</FONT>（元）。<o:p></o:p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">4、 </FONT>若在施工过程中因乙方工艺差错造成客户经济损失的完全由乙方给予赔偿。<o:p></o:p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">5、 </FONT>若在施工过程中因乙方材料质量问题客户不接受造成经济损失的完全由乙方给予赔偿。<o:p></o:p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">6、 </FONT>工程工期延误扣除金额由责任方负责。<o:p></o:p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">7、 </FONT>乙方对其所承揽项目每个工地的防火、防盗问题负全部责任。<o:p></o:p></P>
<P >乙方为其所带领的工人之担保人。</P>
