<P >② 在外接活（谈、出图、签合同、验收）<FONT face="Times New Roman">2%</FONT>、<FONT face="Times New Roman">3%</FONT>、<FONT face="Times New Roman">4%</FONT>，一月内单量累计<FONT face="Times New Roman">3</FONT>万以内<FONT face="Times New Roman">2%</FONT>、<o:p></o:p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">5</FONT>万以内<FONT face="Times New Roman">3%</FONT>、<FONT face="Times New Roman">8</FONT>万以内<FONT face="Times New Roman">4%</FONT>、<FONT face="Times New Roman">10</FONT>万以上<FONT face="Times New Roman">5%</FONT>（注：一月内单量累计<FONT face="Times New Roman">10</FONT>万以上底薪也加）<o:p></o:p></P>
<P >③ 业务接的活，设计师谈、出图<FONT face="Times New Roman">1%</FONT>。<o:p></o:p></P>
<P >④ 业务接的活，业务谈好设计师只出图<FONT face="Times New Roman">0.5%</FONT>（客户采纳后按图上所设计的造价的）。</P>
